We have 7-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- If produced ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA) Certificate for Gadgets/Electronics/Computer & Accessories/Mobiles etc.
- Don't accept the order parcel at the time of delivery, if the packet is tampered or the box is broken.
- In the case of merchandise, returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
Steps to return Product:
If you want to return a product, please inform us within 7 days after receiving the product. You should contact our customer support team by email or phone. Once our customer support team has validated your request for refund, you can return the product at the shipping address provided by our team.
- Inform us within 7 business days from the date of receiving the parcel by phone or email
- The refund will be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by the Merchant. Please make sure that we should receive the product within 10 days after validating your request for refund.
- You should attach a Note with the returned product in which your problem will be described and you should also mention your order number, email address, name, and contact number.
- Product should be unused and you are advised to send it back in original box.
- Please stay in touch with our customer support representative for your refund request.
- Our customer support representative will let you know if you are eligible for refund after checking the timeline, product type, warranty terms, etc.
- You are advised to provide tracking number to our customer support team once you have sent the product back by courier.
- Your request for refund will be cancelled (a) if the product is completely damaged and unusable which seller claims by customer. (b) if the return date limit is crossed or warranty period is expired.
Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused in transit when the product is sent by customer. The amount would be refunded within 7-21 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the date of cancellation.
If you have received a defective product or wrong product, we are providing you a facility of replacement. You can return the defective/wrong product and replace it with another. You are advised to follow these steps for replacement of a product:
- Please pack the product properly and write a letter explaining your complaint.
- Please contact our customer support team and provide them the tracking number of your courier.
- Please don't accept the order parcel, incase the packet is tampered or the box is broken.We advise you to return the parcel back to the delivery boy.
- We can't accept return for inner wear category products due to hygiene issue.
