Our Virgin Olive Oil is imported from Morocco, one of the biggest exporters of olive oil and a country that is renown for the quality of its olives. The oil is rich green in colour and has a fruity full flavor that will testify to how much of the goodness of the olives has carried over to the oil. It is made from the Picholine Olive which is treasured by connoisseurs for its fruity flavour with a hint of bitterness. Additionally, it has a relatively high smoking point which makes it very suitable to our cooking style and can be used for mostly all applications except for frying at high temperatures e.g. when you need to brown or caramelize food.
